Just above the touch-tone dial pad there are two “arrow” buttons. These may be used to increase or decrease the volume of the other person when you are on a call. These buttons will adjust the speakerphone and the handset independently. They do not adjust your volume to the other person. When you adjust the volume it remains at that level for all calls until you adjust it again.
